I want to start with, I'm deeply sorry for the loss you are feeling that brought you here

Grief is a natural response to loss, but it can be complicated, overwhelming and isolating. You might be experiencing;

  • Loneliness as you struggle to move through life without this person 

  • Guilt from something that was left unaddressed

  • Maybe you are experiencing anxiety, anger, depression,  or insomnia  or, you might be feeling            numb

ALL of this is normal

How can therapy help?

Grief is very personal, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I create a safe and comforting space for you to express and explore the feelings and emotions that are present for you. Relationships are complicated, and therefore, so is loss
