Wondering how to get started? Here are the steps:

  • Schedule a free 15-minute phone screening to determine if online therapy with me is a good fit for you.

  • Once you become a client you will be sent an e-mail with some instructions on setting up your secure client portal and completing some initial documents.

  • You will access our sessions from the secure cliient portal within Therapy Notes. This is a confidential HIPAA compliant video portal.
