My ideal client is looking for a therapist to facilitate a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and emotional healing. I love working with my clients on their journey toward authentic expression and discovering their true self. Therapy involves taking a deep dive into one's inner world and looking honestly at behavioral patterns and relationship styles. I have a laidback and personable approach to therapy and hold a non-judgmental presence for each client and their unique life experiences. My clients' mental well-being and therapeutic goals are my number one priority in therapy.
