Life can sometimes lead us into overwhelming places where we need extra support. At Rooted Therapy & Wellness, I provide virtual therapy to individuals across Arkansas, helping you navigate life’s most challenging moments.

Are you experiencing...

  • The heavy weight of anxiety or burnout that prevents you from enjoying the things you love?

  • A heavy sadness following the gut-wrenching loss of a loved one, making it difficult to see beyond the pain?

  • A major life transition—such as a career change or the end of a relationship—that’s left you feeling lost, anxious, or depressed?

You don’t have to face this alone.

And by seeking therapy, you’ve already taken the first and hardest step toward healing.

Starting counseling is a courageous act of self-care and can  be helpful during times of uncertainty, change, stagnation, or loss.

I offer a therapeutic approach tailored to your needs, designed to help you find ease and joy in your life once again through mindful inner work.

In sessions, we work together to optimize your journey towards living a meaningful life,  and reaching your personal goals.

My passion lies in helping others develop a greater sense of self-love and compassion.  I'm dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential for growth, peace, and joy.

I partner with individuals during their times of struggle, supporting the journey in discovering and developing  the strength to meet life's challenges.

While I'm here to offer support, it's essential to acknowledge that you already possess this inherent ability within yourself. I'm just here to help you unlock it!

Specialties

Anxiety

Does anxiety and unease get in the way of living your life to your full potential? Therapy can assist in identifying root causes of anxiety, and developing strategies to help you understand and manage it.

Bereavement / Grief & Loss

After the loss of a loved one, it's normal to experience emotional and psychological changes. If you are seeking a safe place to explore, feel and honor your feelings with compassion and kindness, I am honored to partner with you on your journey.

Life Transitions

Big changes in our life, whether negative or positive, planned or unplanned, can have a huge impact on our daily functioning. Change and life transitions are inevitable and can often leave us feeling lost, alone, unsupported, confused,  and stuck. Oftentimes, change can leave us wondering what’s next, and if we made the right decision. Maybe you are changing careers, in the middle of a relationship change, or struggling with the loss of how things were as you are trying to discover how things currently are. When changes happen that are outside our control, that can often be much harder. Some life shifts in which therapy can be helpful include divorce, career changes, moving, unexpected events, and more. Ralf Waldo Emerson said, "It's not the destination, it's the journey." Therapy can provide valuable support during this journey of navigating changes, helping you understand and embrace the evolving landscape of your life.

Burnout

We all experience stress and stressful events. However, prolonged and excessive stress can lead to physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion. Commonly, we experience career/job burnout, caregiver burnout, or relationship burnout that might feel like fatigue, depression, anxiety, or overwhelm. Together, we can identify sources of burnout and begin exploring how to bring balance back into your life!
